Andy’s Pizza - Old Town: A Slice of Heaven in Alexandria, VA

Stopped by Andy’s Pizza in Alexandria on a cold night while in town for work. I’m from CA and it was my first time in the area. I saw a steady stream of people going in and out, which is always a good sign. The staff was friendly and suggested the 2 slices and a Coke deal, great value and perfect for a quick dinner. I also ordered wings and went with traditional buffalo. They were solid, but I probably should’ve tried the Old Bay wings since that seems like the local favorite. Tyler, who I believe is the manager or owner, was especially welcoming. That kind of hospitality makes a difference when you’re new in town. Overall, great spot for pizza by the slice. Good food, friendly service, and a place I’d definitely come back to next time I’m in Alexandria.

The pizza is very good. We really enjoyed the different flavors. The two slices and a glass of wine for $12 is a nice deal. Just wish there was more space. It gets really crowded. Best for take away.

Visiting from Florida and tried this place for the first time. I was greeted right away, which is always a big plus for me. Ordered a pizza to go and it came out hot, extra crispy, and absolutely delicious. I even came back for seconds. Definitely a must‑try — solid 10/10

We had 2 fresh pieces of pizza each at 11 am. Wow, fabulous perfectly with layer of toppings and delicious thin crispy crust. I did see a person vaping in the hall as previously reported - and I am allergic - but I didn’t even smell it and had no reaction. Would 100% return!

Andy’s Pizza in Old Town is a fantastic pizza spot in Old Town, Alexandria. We ordered the pepperoni and sausage pizza as well as the white pizza, and both were absolutely delicious; fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The inside is cozy, warm, and nicely decorated, making it a great place to sit and enjoy a meal. They also offer wine, which is a nice touch and pairs well with the food. Overall, everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our experience. We will definitely be back! Service was quick and polite and they offered Veterans' discount to my husband which is an added bonus.

I really enjoyed the pizza, atmoaphere and the team member at the register was great... If you get two slices ask them not to stack it though in the same box because the bottom one will be soggy.. Otherwise, I ordered wings with my slices .. so they reheated the slices right away and made me wait 30min for the wings(7wings) so I just sat and ate the slices before they got cold.. if you order other things you should be able to wait till they are done then grab the slices.

We are frequent customers of the Eisenhower location, so we just had to check out the Old Town opening. Pizza is the same. Fantastic, delicious and perfect! The boys loved it. Our son is a huge pizza fan and Andy's pizza is his #1 spot. Wish there was more indoor seating but you can easily eat it anywhere along King Street. Great pizza, great staff!
